Service scope
- ServiceTaskOps provides managed lead follow-up using client-approved message templates sent on behalf of the client to their own leads.
- All outbound messages use templates reviewed and signed off by the client before any workflow goes live.
- The service does not include sales calls, field estimates, job dispatch, invoicing, or any on-site service delivery.
Limitations of liability
- ServiceTaskOps is not a licensed contractor, attorney, financial advisor, or regulated professional in any trade.
- Nothing in this site or in our service constitutes legal, financial, or professional advice of any kind.
- Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the current engagement period. We are not liable for lost revenue, indirect damages, or consequential losses.
Client responsibilities
- Template approval. Review and approve all message templates in writing before the workflow launches. Unapproved templates are never used.
- System access. Grant access to the lead intake system (CRM, form inbox, or missed-call log) required for the service to run.
- Weekly reports. Review the weekly summary report and flag any escalations or issues within 48 hours.
- Accurate data. Ensure lead data provided to the system is lawfully obtained and that the business has a prior business relationship with each recipient.
Pilot structure
- Engagements begin as 30-day pilots. No long-term contract is required to get started.
- At the end of the pilot, either party may continue, pause, or end the engagement. Continuation is month-to-month unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Termination
- Either party may end the engagement by providing 7 days written notice via email.
- On termination, all outbound workflows stop immediately. Client data is retained per the privacy policy and then deleted.
