Founder note
We started this because the leak was right there, every week.
We saw owners in Greenville and Charlotte working twelve-hour days while a third of their web forms went 13 hours without a reply. The fix is not an auto-reply system. It is a managed follow-up service with templates the owner signed off, a clock that starts under five minutes, and a Friday report.
If the audit shows your follow-up is already tight, we will say so. We do not need every shop to be a customer to build a business worth running.
