How we handle your data.

What we collect

When you submit the contact form at servicetaskops.com/contact, we collect:

• Business name and owner name
• Phone number and email address
• Business type and a free-text message

We do not collect payment information, government IDs, or any special-category personal data through this site.

How it is stored

• Form submissions are processed by Netlify Forms and delivered by email to Ian Gorman at ServiceTaskOps.
• Data is retained for the duration of the business engagement, or two years from the date of submission, whichever is less.
• All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest.

Your rights

• Deletion. Email ian.gorman@servicetaskops.com to request that your data be deleted. We will confirm deletion within 30 days.
• Export. Email us to request a copy of the data we hold about you. We will respond within 30 days.
• Correction. If any information we hold is inaccurate, email us and we will correct it promptly.

Analytics

• This site uses Plausible Analytics — a privacy-first analytics service.
• Plausible sets no cookies and collects no personal data. It does not track you across sites and does not share data with third-party advertisers.
• The data collected is aggregate only: page views, referrer sources, and general geographic region (country level).

No data sold

• We do not sell, rent, or broker any personal data to third parties. Ever.
• Data you provide is used solely to respond to your inquiry and, if you become a client, to deliver the managed follow-up service.
